At hacking trial, Palin calls for ‘consequences’

April 23: Following her testimony at a courthouse in Knoxville, Tenn., former Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin tells reporters that David Kernell’s “illegal action,” of allegedly hacking into her e-mail account, went far beyond a prank and impacted a presidential election.  (Other)Sarah Palin has taken the stand at the trial of a former University of Tennessee student accused of hacking into her e-mail account.
